Community and feedback

KIX is a dynamically growing software that is subject to a constant process of further development. As an open source company, it is important to us that we do not do this alone.

We cordially invite you to become part of our KIX community and support us with helpful tips for the further development of KIX and the user information. You have the following options:

  • Send us your feedback

Write to us if you particularly like something or if you have any suggestions, corrections or ideas for improvement. We will be happy to take them on board. This will help us to become even better.

You can use the feedback options offered at Was that helpful?, which can be found at the bottom of every page of the online help portal. This allows you to send us an e-mail about this specific page. The e-mail will be received by our documentation team as a ticket so that we can process your feedback. The prerequisite for this is that you have set up an e-mail client as standard on your computer.

Alternatively, you can send us your feedback to documentation@kixdesk.com. We will also receive your message here as a ticket. If you are referring to a specific page or a specific topic, please state this specifically in your message.

  • Use our forum

The KIX community meets in our KIX forum for a lively exchange of information. It is a thematically structured treasure trove for a wide variety of questions, tips and tricks relating to KIX 17 and KIX 18. The forum is maintained by us and your questions will be answered competently by our colleagues.

The forum contains a configuration exchange where community members can share the configurations they have developed. If you have also created practical configurations for jobs/actions, workflow rulesets and/or GUI configurations, you are welcome to share them here and make them available to the KIX community. We all benefit from this.

You can also read the articles without membership. For reasons of seriousness, a membership is required to write posts, answers and questions. To do this, create an account with which you can log into the forum in future or register to create an account.

Feedback

This user information has been compiled for you with the utmost care, but small errors may have crept in, particularly due to the system change. We welcome your information, suggestions and comments as well as positive feedback and criticism.

You can use the feedback options offered at Was that helpful? in the footer of each page. We will then receive an e-mail about this specific page. To do this, a standard e-mail program must be set up on your system which you can use to send the e-mail. Alternatively, you can also send us your message to documentation@kixdesk.com.
