  • 3888-0: The first number is the build number of the agent portal (3888), followed by the patch release number of the agent portal (-0)

User-specific restrictions

As a user, you are assigned certain access rights within the system by your admin. Depending on this, a user-specific selection of teams, editors and responsible persons is available to you on the ticket. This also has an effect on the functions Search and Filter, where you will only see results to which you have access rights.

Use URL of the browser

Each open tab (including open content), each view, each search, etc. has a unique URL, which is displayed in the address bar of the browser. It also contains the ID of the currently open object (contact/organization/ticket etc.).

You can copy the URL to paste it into other applications or browser windows for further use. You can also save the URL of a search in your favorites. Objects (tickets, assets, etc.) can be opened directly.
